What to expect:
Initial Visit lasts 45-60 Minutes. During your first visit, you can expect the following:
A Full Exam
Provide fleshed out info about what a full exam looks like here to hit additional SEO goals.
Report of Findings
After your full exam, we'll discuss our findings with you in a way that you can understand the path and plan of treatment that we will take. (Needs elaboration but keep brief)
Review of Individualized Treatment Plan
We will cover how we plan to ease the pain you're feeling and help you to feel your best in the shortest time possible.
After the initial appointment, follow-up visits are 10-15 minutes. The goal of any treatment is to get you back functioning as well as possible without pain and limitation. You may be given specific guidelines that will be expected to follow to ensure the best outcome.
What to Wear?
Please come with workout clothing. Treatment is most effective without restricted clothing. For example, if you have a shoulder complaint, please wear a tank top. If you have pain from the lower back or below, wear running shorts.
